What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our designs and content, and the amount of time and dedication we have put into them, all sales are final. However, I'm here to help if something isn't working right for you. Just send us an email and let's figure out how we can help.

Do you provide customization services?

Yes, we can help customize your template if you are not familiar with Canva or don't have the time to take it on. Just send us an email and we can chat about the fees associated.

Do you design logos or develop brands?

We love working with brokers to help customize their templates, however we are not able to provide logo or brand development services at this time. When you opt for customization of the templates, you will need to provide your logo, brand colors, headshot and any additional photos you would like to incorporate.

Can you create templates for other firms besides Windermere?

Yes! Just send us an email and let's chat about customizing one of my templates for your firm/brand.

Where should I print my new guides?

We are a big fan of MAGCLOUD for printing our templates. They are inexpensive, high quality, and use nice thick paper. They also have a pretty fast turnaround. My advice is to print everything all at once so your colors are consistent. Other options for printing include VISTAPRINT and XPRESS DOCS/CUSTOM EXPRESS.

What is your privacy policy?

We collect personal information such as email, billing address, and credit card information when your order is placed. We do not sell any of this information and only use it for the purposes of completing your transaction and communicating with you from time to time. All payments are processed by a third party banking system through Wix, Stripe and Apple Pay.
